Is a State of Hawaii Licensed Journeyman Electrician and has earned a BA from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu. Was an instructor at the U.S. Navy Submarine Nuclear Power School from 1967-1969. In 1996, was awarded the Regent's Medal for Excellence in Teaching. Is a former Division Chair at HonCC.
Tom is an avid Detroit Red Wings hockey fan. |
