Debbi Brown has been the personnel officer at Maui Community College for seven years. She enjoys doing volunteer work for the community and working with the wonderful people at MCC. Debbi believes that when you are in a public service position, you sometimes need to go above and beyond your normal scope of duties. How employees are treated when they come to the Personnel Department for help is very important to her. She strives to help faculty, staff, and students with their questions and problems in the most efficient and sensitive way possible.
