Conduct workshops and in-class visits for DOE teachers and students to help with History Day projects and research.

Work with colleagues in History, other Humanities, and Social Sciences (across the state) who serve as judges and resources for DOE students/teachers.

Attendee at WAC conference and engaged in workshops on WAC and Classroom assessment.

Developer of two web classes and have been a resource for others developing online classes.

As an interim Dean:

Reinitiated program for Faculty and Staff mentoring.

Encouraged and funded several faculty/staff to learn more about assessment at conferences in HI and on the mainland

Worked with disability service providers to raise campus awareness and consciousness of issues related to accommodations of students learning needs.
